I am a Primal Blueprint Certified health coach (one of the first 50 certified globally) and personal trainer, specializing in working with women and men from all backgrounds and athletic ability. My aim is to help you achieve your goals through the framework of establishing a sustainable, fulfilling, and primally-aligned lifestyle, by working with you to determine your own personal best practices in nutrition, exercise, stress and sleep management, and more.
