With more than ten years’ experience in the health and fitness industry, including many years coaching women of all backgrounds, fitness levels, and goals, I’ve learned that micromanaging someone’s diet (or life) isn’t the key to success. What most people need to improve their health is information, support, resources, and a willingness to do the work – and while I can’t help you with that last one, I can certainly help you with the first three points!
This one-on-one coaching engagement includes:
- an intensive intake process where I get to know you, your challenges and goals;
- twice-monthly Zoom calls where we check-in, discuss these challenges and progress and you can ask me questions;
- Ongoing shared journaling documents for accountability, as well as my recommendations on nutrition, exercise/movement, sleep, stress management, and other health factors
- Ongoing personal access to me via text for support and answering questions
Recommended a minimum of 3 months to establish healthy routines and behavior change.
