- A nutrition and/or training plan tailored to your goals and lifestyle;
- Twice monthly consult calls and check-ins;
- Evolving recommendations, resources, feedback and support from me directly;
- Personal access to me through a private channel
This coaching service is for folks who want to learn about healthy best practices regarding movement, nutrition, and other lifestyle factors, and how to incorporate these lessons into their own life. My approach is for motivated individuals seeking information and support but who don't want to simply be told "what to eat and how to work out."
